A trio of judges in California U.S. said on Tuesday that bees can be legally classed as a type of fish as part of a ruling that brings added conservation protections for the endangered species - To protect is only of efficacy when veracity is applied, contradictorily this is contrast that can mar and not meld proper evolution of law which is indispensable; and this criticism saves the futuristic body of law via the established distinguishing cases in law that a future court decides the holding or legal reasoning of a precedent case will not apply due to materially different facts between the two cases.
